Carroll County Public Schools has been selected to receive an award for the continuing efforts of the Character Education Discipline Committee from the Character Education Partnership (CEP). Carroll is one of approximately 130 schools and districts from the United States, Canada, and Mexico to receive 153 awards for “Promising Practices” in character education.
