Professional Resource Center

The Professional Resource Center is the central administrative office for the school library media program. It also houses instructional and professional resources that are available for use by all Carroll County Public School staff members. The Professional Resource Center is located at the Winchester Building 125 North Court St. Westminster, MD 21157. The hours of operation for in-person or telephone assistance (410-751-3490) are Monday through Friday 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Evening hours vary by semester. Please call for current evening hours.
The Professional Resource Center houses a circulating professional library and video and ESOL collection. An educational database, ProQuest, is available for online research. Reference copies of all curriculum guides and textbooks are on display. A self-service center for teachers, staff, and volunteers is at the Professional Resource Center. Materials for instructional use may be produced with the following equipment:
