The Judy Center is an early childhood and family learning center which promotes school readiness through early education opportunities. Services are provided to children, prenatal through kindergarten, and to their families. The goal of the Judy Center is to ensure that all children enter school ready to learn. Families have access to a wide variety of programs through partnerships with community-based agencies.

The Judy Center provides a collaborative integrated approach that includes accredited early childhood programs, health partners and family support opportunities. The Judy Center located at Robert Moton Elementary School, with a satellite at Taneytown Elementary School, provides strong links to elementary schools countywide and to community programs.
