Mission Statement: The mission of the Department of Staff Development is to provide quality professional development for all staff that promotes academic excellence. To address this mission, the Department of Staff Development will be grounded in best practices, incorporate technology, offer multiple delivery methods, and reflect system and participant needs. Vision Statement: All members of Carroll County Public Schools will be highly skilled, knowledgeable, and committed to ensuring that all students achieve high standards of learning.
